Twilio Integration
If you have a Twilio account with phone numbers that support VoIP, you can integrate your Twilio account directly with our technology on the NLPearl.AI platform. This integration allows you to manage your Twilio phone numbers and use them within our platform seamlessly.
Important Information
Before proceeding with the integration, please note the following:

Phone Number Management: Once you integrate your personal Twilio account with our platform, you will no longer be able to purchase phone numbers directly from NLPearl.AI. Any phone numbers previously purchased through our platform will be deleted. However, you can still purchase new phone numbers directly through your personal Twilio account.

Listing Your Phone Numbers: After successfully connecting your Twilio account, you can list all the phone numbers associated with your Twilio account on the NLPearl.AI platform. You can then select the phone numbers you wish to work with. These selected phone numbers will become accessible on the platform for use in any inbound or outbound activities.
How to Use Your Twilio Phone Numbers
Once you’ve integrated your Twilio account and selected the phone numbers you want to use, you can easily manage them within NLPearl.AI:

Adding Phone Numbers to Activities: You can add any selected Twilio phone number to your inbound or outbound activities directly from the platform.

Removing Phone Numbers: If you no longer need a phone number, you can easily remove it from the platform by deleting it from the phone number list on the settings page.
VoIP and SMS Accessibility
Ensure that the phone numbers you want to add have the necessary VoIP accessibility to use them with NLPearl.AI. If you plan to use SMS features as well, make sure that your Twilio phone numbers support SMS.

Twilio Configuration
Once you’ve connected your Twilio account to NLPearl, you will need to disable HTTP Basic Authentication for media access to ensure proper usage of all our functionalities. To do so, go to the “Twilio Dashboard,” click on “Voice” under the left menu, select “General,” scroll down to “HTTP Basic Authentication for media access,” and click on “Disable.”
